The fastest way to reach us is email: contact@ffresonance.site. It goes to a real inbox that we read — there is no ticketing system and no bot on the other end.
We are a small fan project, so replies are not instant. Corrections get handled first, because a wrong page costs readers more than a slow reply costs you.
Found something wrong? Tell us
This is the most useful message you can send. Launch-window details move fast — store pages change, patches land and regional dates differ — and we would rather hear about it from you than leave a wrong detail sitting in search results.
To make a correction easy to act on, include whatever you have:
- The page URL and the specific line that is wrong.
- What you saw in game or on the store page instead.
- A screenshot or clip if you have one — that lets us verify without reproducing the whole run.
- Your platform and game version, since details can differ between Switch, Switch 2, PS5, Xbox and PC.
Have you confirmed something we have not published?
Some details are deliberately left off this wiki until they can be verified:
- The total number of playable characters and Visions.
- The level cap and the length of the main story.
- Any general redeem codes. Pre-order bonuses and store keys are not redeem codes, so we do not list them as such.
If you can supply any of these with a screenshot or clip, we will publish it, credit you if you want the credit, and date the page to the version you tested on.
What we cannot help with
- Bugs, crashes, save loss or account problems — those belong with Square Enix support or the relevant platform support channel.
- Refunds and purchase issues — Steam, PlayStation, Nintendo, Xbox and Microsoft Store support handle those, not us.
- Requests to publish unverified numbers, leaked codes or fabricated bonuses. If it is not confirmed through official channels, it does not go on the site.
Suggesting a guide
If there is a question you searched for and could not find an answer to, that is worth sending. Tell us the question as you would type it into a search box — the gaps readers actually hit are more useful to us than our own guesses about what to write next.
